Shipping Policy

FEELSANDHEELS undertakes to ship the Goods in a door-to-door courier system to the Buyer.

Under normal conditions, the delivery time of the products purchased through the online store www.FEELSANDHEELS.ro is 3-5 working days from the moment of the order confirmation.

If you have opted for payment by bank transfer, VLAD C. MONICA P.F.A. (FEELSANDHEELS) undertakes to deliver the ordered products within 2 days from the date when the money was transferred to the account specified by the Seller. In case of non-fulfillment of this obligation, FEELSANDHEELS will return the amount in maximum 3 working days in the Buyer's bank account, unless the Buyer agrees to the extension of the delivery term, an agreement that will be communicated by e-mail.

​The transport cost for orders less than 300 lei is aproximately 14.00 lei.

Orders over 300 lei have free delivery.

If the customer cannot be found at the date and time set for delivery, FEELS AND HEELS will keep the ordered goods for three working days, during which time we will try to contact you to complete the order. If the customer cannot be found again, the order will be canceled.

​The value of the transport will be found in the invoice issued by the Seller.

Delivery outside Romania

​At the time being, we do not offer delivery ouside Romanian borders. However, if you wish to place an order, send an e-mail on contact@feelsandheels.ro, and we will try to help you.

 

Transport - Packaging

Unless otherwise agreed by the Seller and the Buyer, the Seller discharges the risks and responsibilities associated with the Goods upon delivery to the domestic courier company with which the Seller cooperates or to the Buyer's representative.

The seller will ensure the proper packaging of the Goods and will ensure the transmission of the accompanying documents.

The Seller will deliver the Goods on the Romanian territory.

Return & Exchange Policy

Read O.G. no. 21/1992 on consumer protection, amended and supplemented.

In the case of personalized tights, as a consumer, you cannot unilaterally terminate a contract for the supply of products made to your specifications, or of distinct custom products, as well as those which by their nature cannot be returned or which can deteriorate rapidly, or those of an intimate nature.

In the case of other products, the return is made according to O.G. 130/2000, applying the definitions contained in O.G. 130/2000 art. 2 lit.e).

The buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, only with the payment of delivery return fees, within maximum 5 working days of receiving the product, without penalties and without invoking any reason. 

If the Buyer renounces the purchase according to the above clause, it is mandatory to return the product exactly in the condition in which it was delivered, that is - in the original packaging, unused, accompanied by all the documentation with which it was delivered and in perfect working order. If these conditions are not met, the Buyer has no right to request a refund. The return of the product will be made to the VLAD C. MONICA P.F.A. headquarters, at the exclusive expense of the Buyer.

Refund of the price to the Buyer will be done within 15 days, after receiving the return product and the confirmation issued by VLAD C. MONICA P.F.A that it is in the original packaging, unused, accompanied by all the documentation with which it was delivered and in perfect working order.

If the customer does not want to give up buying the product and wants a replacement of a product of the same kind, there must be a value interdependence between it and the new product requested.
